Testosterone poses no heart risk and saves lives

Topping up your testosterone could save your life

Whenever Americans start turning to a safe and natural nondrug therapy, the FDA comes barging in like Elliot Ness — making demands, issuing warnings and promising investigations into the supposed dangers.

And what they usually find is the same thing Geraldo found in Al Capone’s vault: nothing.

Just take a look at the agency’s attack on natural testosterone therapy. Last year, the FDA issued a dramatic trumped-up warning, claiming that testosterone might increase the risk of heart attack, stroke and death and that they planned to look into it.

The agency said it would move to limit access and even take action to ensure it’s not covered by insurance — not because of science, but because of what the FDA thinks testosterone might do.

Of course, there was no actual evidence that responsible testosterone therapy administered by a skilled practitioner could cause ANY of those risks. And since then, several studies have flat out proven that it won’t.

So will the FDA issue a retraction? Sure they will… just as soon as it snows in you-know-where.

A research team, including a Harvard scientist, has confirmed yet again that testosterone therapy is safe. The review of research published from 1940 to 2014 — research the FDA itself had access to before its alarmist warning — finds zero evidence of risk, and plenty of evidence to back the benefits.

Several dozen studies — yes, several dozen — show that bringing your testosterone levels back up to normal can help PROTECT your heart and cut your risk of death, according to the study in JAMA Internal Medicine.

And if your levels drop and you don’t take action to bring them back up, you’ll face a higher risk of atherosclerosis, heart disease and death.

Yes, the very treatment that the FDA has darkly implied is dangerous is actually far more likely to SAVE your life.

That’s not all testosterone therapy can do for you. It’s also the best way to reverse all of the conditions that strike after middle age — boosting your energy, restoring your strength and deflating that spare tire.

And of course it can also help you turn the heat back up in the bedroom.

If you’re past middle age yourself, don’t let the FDA bully you away from what even Harvard says is safe — and in some cases essential. Have your hormone levels checked — and if you fall short, turn to proven testosterone therapy.
