The MAJOR warning sign your doc will miss
It's like a flashing neon sign straight out of Vegas.
Like those bright marquees promising celebrity shows, buffet dinners, and slot machines, this one's so obvious you can't miss it.
But guess what?
Your doctor is probably missing it!
The "flashing signs" in this case are the test results that show very clearly when you've got prediabetes.
They're your first... best... and sometimes ONLY shot at turning it around and getting control over the condition before it turns into full-blown diabetes.
But you can't do a thing about them if you don't know what's going on.
The latest research shows that only 6 percent of doctors know all 11 warning signs of prediabetes. Many of them struggle to understand the most basic warning sign of all: rising blood sugar levels.
Just 17 percent know what the correct numbers are for fasting glucose and HbA1c, two key markers of blood sugar.
Docs also fail to recognize other common warning signs, such as family history of the disease, high blood pressure, inactivity, and more.
Overall, most docs could name about 8 out of 11.
You might think 8 out of 11 isn't bad.
But this isn't horseshoes or hand grenades. Close doesn't cut it here -- and knowing these 11 basic indicators should be as easy for docs as knowing the "ABCs."
Yet, as the study shows, too many of them aren't making it past it "H."
So, I don't blame the patients at all for the next big number in the study -- and this one might be the most shocking of all.
Only 1 out of 10 patients with prediabetes actually know they have the condition!
As for the other nine... well, how could they? Their own doctors don't know!
Since an estimated 86 million Americans now have prediabetes, that means 77.4 million are completely unaware of it.
And if they're unaware, they can't take the actions they need to stop themselves from joining the more than 30 million Americans who now have full-blown diabetes -- a number that grows by another 130,000 every single month.
Since your own doctor might not warn you, allow me.
If you've let your waistline grow a little (or a lot)... if you're not as active as you know you should be... if your blood sugar levels are creeping up... you don't need to wait for a full diagnosis anyway.
It's time to do something -- fast -- before you become one of these statistics.
Don't worry -- it's not hard.
The simplest way to turn it all around is with a back-to-basics diet built around a Mediterranean lifestyle -- but modified to eliminate grains (even whole grains), which can cause blood sugar levels to rise.
You should notice a difference in a matter of weeks.
If you're at higher risk -- or if you already have diabetes -- it's still not too late.
But you'll need a little more help.
I've developed a groundbreaking plan to detoxify and limit -- or even completely eliminate -- the toxins that cause or worsen diabetes. It's so effective that you can reverse every major symptom of diabetes within just 30 days.
