Cancer? Here's the 'side effect' your doc will miss
If you have cancer, odds are your doctor is already failing you.
New research confirms a common life-sapping side effect of both the disease and the toxic mainstream treatments that are supposed to cure it -- and the same study finds that most doctors are MISSING it!
They're often so focused on the tumor that they completely ignore the rest of the patient.
Maybe some of them even forget there's a human being standing in front of them.
As a result, most doctors don't even bother looking for conditions such as depression.
But they should.
The new study finds 4 in 10 cancer patients suffer from depression, a rate that's up to four times higher than what we see in the general population.
Yet while depression is actually OVER-diagnosed -- and OVER-treated -- in everyone else, the new study finds it's RARELY diagnosed in cancer patients and almost NEVER treated.
Just 25 percent of cancer patients with depression are correctly screened and diagnosed, according to the new study.
The rest are suffering in silence.
I'm here today to break the silence, because this isn't just a matter of being in a better mood.
It's absolutely critical to your fight against this disease.
Depression might be written off as a "mental" problem, but it has real physical effects inside the body, such as inflammation, which can make your cancer worse.
One study found depression and anxiety can increase your risk of death from leukemia, as well as pancreatic, prostate, esophageal, and colorectal cancers. In some cases, those "mood" problems can QUADRUPLE your risk of death from cancer!
Those are risks you don't have to face.
Depression in cancer patients is often caused by some combination of the disease itself and the poisonous mainstream treatments that are supposed to "cure" it.
By working with a holistic medical doctor, you can help overcome the challenges of facing this disease and limit the toxic side effects of common cancer therapies.
Simple treatments such as therapeutic massage, acupuncture, and relaxation techniques, for example, can cut anxiety levels by 57 percent in cancer patients.
Those same treatments can even reduce pain, too.
Some supplements can also help. Ginseng is proven to ease the fatigue that often leads to mood problems in cancer patients. Instead of side effects, ginseng comes with a side BENEFIT: It can block the growth of certain types of cancer cells, including breast and prostate cancer cells.
Don't try these treatments on your own. If you have cancer, there's a lot to consider -- so be sure to work closely with your doctor.
