Alzheimer’s linked to herpes virus

Is the “Alzheimer’s virus” already in your body?

Want to see the very definition of the word “useless?”

Just check out the latest headline-making study on Alzheimer’s disease!

Researchers THINK they’re being helpful by nailing what just might be a key common factor in Alzheimer’s disease.

It’s something that so many people with this devastating disease have in common.

And it’s something that turns up early… years or even decades before the telltale memory loss and other cognitive struggles that mark Alzheimer’s.

That means it could be the FIRST and BEST chance to figure out who’s at risk… and maybe the ONLY chance to get treatment early, when it matters most.

Sounds great, right?

Well, then you’d better hurry up into treatment ASAP — because according to this study, EVERYONE is at risk.

Not exactly helpful, if you ask me!

The study claims that people with the herpes virus have a higher risk of Alzheimer’s.

No. Not that herpes virus. That one (HSV-1 or -2) is plenty common… but it’s not even close to the HH-6 and HH-7 viruses.

Both of these viruses strike babies and young children, often causing skin rashes and other relatively minor problems, before going dormant.

The problems fade, but the viruses are still there, hiding inside the body.

Years later, the study finds, these two viruses can boost the genes known to cause Alzheimer’s disease.

But don’t bother getting tested for the viruses.

You almost certainly have one — probably both!

HH-7 strikes between 70 percent and 80 percent of people, while HH-6 hits between 90 percent and 100 percent. They’re two of the most common viruses on the planet, so you can probably link them to anything and everything without much effort.

Just about the only helpful part of the study is the discovery that the dormant virus alone isn’t enough to cause dementia.

Something has to activate it in the brain first.

What’s the something? Don’t ask. They don’t know – but that hasn’t stopped the mainstream from suggesting that the study shows Alzheimer’s could be prevented with antiviral drugs.

Give me a break already!

This isn’t a study. It’s a waste of time that generated quick headlines and made tens of millions of people with these common viruses very nervous (some, perhaps, have even asked for those antiviral drugs).

I’ve got a better idea: Protect your brain with a diet rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins regardless of whether you’re at risk. If you are facing a higher risk – or have reason to think you are – work with a holistic medical doctor on detoxifying therapies such as chelation.

P.S. I’ve got some BIG news coming up later this week – and if you’ve been struggling with knee stiffness, tightness, and pain, you won’t want to miss this one. It’s a cutting-edge natural therapy that works in as little as FOUR DAYS. Keep an eye on your email!
