[ALERT] Is this diet giving you Alzheimer’s?

It’s almost Thanksgiving…

And there’s nothing like gathering ‘round with our loved ones to talk about what you’re thankful for.

That is, until it turns to debates about politics… lifestyle choices… and everything in between.

And I’ll bet you a sweet potato casserole that for some folks, one of the hot-button issues that come up this year is veganism.

But before you let your kooky nephew replace the turkey with Tofurkey, read this.

Because eating a plant-based diet is not all it’s cracked up to be

And in fact, it could DELETE your MEMORY faster than the latest virus on your PC.

You see, a new study has shown that while skipping meat and dairy but feasting on veggies is good for your health in some ways, it’s actually doing something TERRIFYING...

Depriving you of the most important nutrient for your brain… choline.

And this sets off a horrible chain of events.

Because Alzheimer’s strikes when your choline levels are low…. and the best way to get choline is through meat and dairy, especially fish, beef, eggs, and chicken.

It’s a case where eating platters of kale and broccoli just ain’t gonna cut it.

Here are the facts: one hard-boiled egg has 147mg of choline. A cup of carrots? Just 6mg.

Women should be getting 425mg a day, and men 550mg according to regulations established by the US Institute of Medicine.

So unless you want to eat about 90 cups of raw carrots a day, it’s best to stick with meat and dairy.

Now don’t get me wrong: there’s nothing wrong with stocking up on vegetables. Just make sure you add a healthy portion of chicken or fish as well!

The bottom line is this: Your brain is starving without choline… and nothing else will put you on the fast track to Alzheimer’s as quickly.

If you’re concerned you’re not getting choline through your diet, you can find a supplement easily online or at your local pharmacy.
